It works effectively for both menswear and womenswear, including unisex collections. The system is designed to perform consistently across garment types and styles. Underwear is not supported.

Klothly is installed via a Shopify app and can be added directly to product pages without requiring developer resources. Merchants can control button placement and customize the UI to match their brand identity. The implementation is designed to be lightweight and does not negatively impact page speed.

Customer photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating the preview and are not used to train models. Images are not permanently stored and are deleted automatically after processing within a defined retention window. Klothly is built with GDPR compliance in mind, including explicit user consent before image upload and clear purpose limitation. Data is hosted in secure, compliant infrastructure, and users can request deletion at any time in accordance with data protection regulations.

Klothly provides access to analytics that track try-on usage rates, engagement, and downstream performance. Merchants can measure conversion and add-to-cart behavior after try-on, identify which products are tried most frequently, and evaluate overall impact on revenue.
